I. Application Range

The intelligent DC high voltage generator is primarily used by power departments, industrial and mining enterprises, metallurgical and steel companies, and other industrial sectors for DC withstand voltage testing or DC leakage current testing on high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, generators, and other high-voltage apparatus.

This generator utilizes AIPWM technology to correct the non-linear inaccuracy of conventional PWM, significantly improving measurement precision. It also employs AI technology for overvoltage and overcurrent protection, replacing traditional digital dial switches that could only set voltage values without current settings and were prone to voltage drift. In addition to the manual 0.75 UDC₁₋₁mA function button, it incorporates AI-based fully automatic zinc oxide arrester measurement, cable sectional withstand voltage testing, and automatic withstand voltage testing. Test reports can be directly printed and saved. The manual mode is retained, with added printing capabilities at arbitrary voltage and current levels, as well as total time T1 and segmented timing T2 functions. The instrument also features a perpetual calendar and time function, with test reports including time and date stamps.

II. Technical Features

Fully automatic zinc oxide arrester testing – displays voltage boost/reduction process, waiting time, and prints voltage/current waveforms.

Fully automatic cable sectional withstand voltage testing – displays voltage boost process, waiting time, and prints voltage/current waveforms.

Automatic withstand voltage testing – displays voltage boost/reduction process, waiting time, and prints voltage/current waveforms.

AIPWM technology – corrects PWM non-linear inaccuracy, significantly improving precision. Ripple coefficient <=1%.

Total time T1 and segmented timing T2 functions, with printing capability at arbitrary voltage and current levels.

Perpetual calendar and time function – test reports include time and date stamps.

Data return function – Bluetooth connectivity for communication with mobile devices.

Leakage current data transmission – wireless microammeter transmits data back to the control box via wireless technology, greatly enhancing operator safety. (Optional)
